Welcome
Counselling can help to connect more fully with yourself, other people and the world around you. Whatever the reason you might be looking to seek counselling, I provide a safe, accepting and supportive space to explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and experiences. My working experience includes health issues, sexuality, gender identity, anxiety, depression and relationships.
About me
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in counselling from the The Psychosynthesis Trust (PGDip awarded by Middlesex University.) I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.
My background is working in the LGBTIQ+ and homeless sectors, where I have 17 years of experience in front-line work supporting people. I have an interest in body psychotherapy and wild therapy. Alongside my counselling practice I am also a qualified massage therapist and hold a Bachelors of Science degree.
My approach is transpersonal, encompassing various modalities, with a core training in psychosynthesis counselling. I work in a relational way with clients who I see on a long-term, short-term and medium term basis.
